YOU will be responsible for knowing your local, state, and federal laws for your buying and selling transactions. www.spectrum-reptiles.com, it's sponsors, and affiliates assume no responsibility for illegal posts, transactions, sales, or purchases so do your homework! If asked, we will comply with any request made to us by legitimate policing authorities/agencies.
 
4)Photos posted on "SpectrumReptiles.com" are property of the site and not allowed to be used/hot-linked without our permission.
 
5)This sites rules are subject to change and new rules may or may not be added at anytime.
 
6) Spectrum-Reptiles.com expresses the right to refuse to service to anyone at anytime. By logging in and acquiring an account, you agree to ALL of the rules stated above!
 
Classified Ad Specific Rules:
 
  • All ads must have a realistic price or price range listed.

     

  • No auctions may be conducted or advertised in our classifieds. This includes phrases such as "Best offer above price listed."

     

  • Ads posted to the incorrect classified site or section will be removed or moved to the most appropriate section.
  • Competing Classifieds / Hosting Services / Banner Ads - We do not allow people who sell services that directly compete with our primary business to advertise their competing products on our site. We certainly do not care where else they advertise them, but we do not allow it on our site.

     

  • Negative Advertising - We don't allow advertising that references other vendors products, businesses, or names in a negative or disparaging manner, whether directly or indirectly. If you can't sell your product or service without disparaging your competition, then you can't sell your product here.
  • Spectrum Reptiles reserves the right to remove and/or ban anyone purposely violating our rules/TOS, and/or trying to circumvent the system. This is a free service, don't ruin it for everyone!
  • You are  allowed 3 posts per day, or a total of 21 per week. PLEASE do not abuse this. Posting 21 ads in one day is NOT acceptable. We will try and keep the rules loose to provide better service to you.
